The NSI Estimator helps service industry companies to create and manage estimates.
It ties into several different databases for information to allow a salesperson to generate an estimates. This includes customer CRM information, Opportunities database as well as product inventory databases.
Based on an existing customer opportunity, a new estimate can be created. Once the estimate is created, Bill of Material (BOM) items, Installation and Miscellaneous items can be added.
During this process, list can be reordered, deleted, and modified. After completing and saving the estimate, it can be Exported, Send via email, duplicated or appended to other opportunities.
The application also allows employees to quickly look up inventory items and find their quantity and location.
